Relocation Manager - San Francisco |

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple relocation projects ranging from incremental moves to full company relocations — from conception to completion.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Provide space planning and design services
- Manage furniture procurement
- Develop estimates and budgets
- Create and manage project schedules
- Manage subcontractors and/or coordinate vendor activities
Qualifications:
Successful candidate is a leader who has demonstrated success in managing complex relocation projects. Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Two to eight years of experience with relocation processes and systems furniture are required. Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD to manipulate existing drawings is also required. A degree in a related field (interior design, architecture, industrial technology) preferred.

Senior Space Planner |
The position requires expertise and knowledge in developing strategies for managing the Client's real estate requirements. Need to develop tools and processes for tracking current departmental space allocation, as well as forecasting future requirements. This position will also be responsible for developing both short term and term strategic space plans for the corporation.
Key responsibilites:
Interview key management to develop short term and long term strategic space plans to support the corporate business objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain master space plan; develop options for group moves while maintaining adjacencies, prepare for executive staff review.
- Report headcount versus square footage analysis.
- Meet with internal departments for: space requirements, reorganization updates, and project move planning.
- Conduct studies to evaluate space utilization in existing space and develop options to maximize efficiency.
- Cross train to be backup for Archibus database maintenance.
- International / remote office planning support: stay in tune with space occupancy / requirements and AutoCAD updates.
