August 22, 2007 Facilities Project Manager - Santa Cruz County FaciliCorp currently has an opening for a Project Manager for one of our clients in Santa Cruz County. Key responsibilites:
Manage a variety of construction projects ranging from small to large building tenant improvements.

Responsibilities will include:

  • develop scope of work and project specifications
  • create budgets and schedules
  • obtain required approvals
  • provide clear communication to the customer
  • manage the relationship between the client and vendors
  • interface with regulatory agencies for necessary building permits

Qualifications
Successful candidate is a leader who has demonstrated success managing construction projects. Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Five years or more of direct experience in construction management is required. You must be able to use AutoCAD to create layouts and space plans.

Qualifications

Two to eight years of experience with relocation processes and systems furniture are required. Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD to manipulate existing drawings is also required. A degree in a related field (interior design, architecture, industrial technology) preferred.
