Megan Lovelace

Megan Lovelace, President and Co-Founder
Megan provides the strategic direction for all client relationships and manages FaciliCorp's network of vendor partners. Under Megan's leadership, FaciliCorp has established a reputation for delivering highly customer-focused solutions to very complex facilities challenges, and has grown from a three-person consultancy to a 30-person organization with services spanning the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Megan previously worked for HP, where she spent 12 years in facilities engineering and maintenance. Megan holds a BS degree in economics from the University of San Francisco.

Kay Knowles

Kay Knowles, Co-Founder
Kay co-founded FaciliCorp and oversees financial and operational controls. Kay built the company infrastructure that has enabled FaciliCorp to deploy innovative financial, personnel, and information technology systems that support project managers, clients, and partners. Prior to launching FaciliCorp, Kay was the Director of Research for a Silicon Valley research firm. Kay has a BA in Asian Studies and a BA in Political Science from UC-Santa Barbara, and an MA in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Rick Patten

Rick Patten, Vice President Construction & Facilities Services
Rick is responsible for all aspects of our Facilities Services operations as well as managing our project management staff. Rick develops and manages the RFP process for design, construction, and the facilities service providers. Rick also assists our clients with their real estate needs, including programming requirements, strategic planning, long-term space projections, site selection evaluation, and due diligence. Prior to joining FaciliCorp Rick spent 15 years in facilities and real estate for a number of companies throughout the Bay Area. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, and an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University.

Tracie Perniciaro

Tracie Perniciaro, Vice President Relocation
Tracie has responsibility for all client relations, vendor and subcontractor management, process development and documentation, metrics measuring and reporting, and employee training and development for several of FaciliCorp’s on-going clients. In addition, Tracie also manages large one-off projects. These projects generally involve a large-scale move over a short period of time. Tracie’s responsibilities are to interview customers to determine their needs, plan the layout of the move, issue RFP’s and assist the client in selecting vendors, manage weekly move meetings and manage all vendors during the move. Tracie holds a BS in Interior Design from San Jose State University, and is a Graduate and Instructor’s assistant of Dale Carnegie.

Phil Warnes

Phil Warnes, Consulting Engineer
Phil Warnes, President and Principal of SIGMATECH, has over 40 years experience in real estate and facilities services. Phil provides project/construction management services specializing in the design and construction of clean rooms, computer/server rooms, data centers, R&D engineering labs, manufacturing facilities, and biotech/genome research facilities. Phil also assists his clients in the site selection process including; technical programming, financial analysis of alternate facilities, and lease negotiations. Phil holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, San Diego. Phil served in the U.S. Navy as an engineering officer, and retired at the rank of Capitan in the Naval Reserves.
 

Patti Decena

Patti Decena, Controller
Patti is responsible for FaciliCorp's financial activities and general operations, including human resources and information technology. As Controller, Patti establishes and maintains financial plans, performance standards, and financial analysis. Prior to joining FaciliCorp in 1996, Patti spent 10+ years with the IRS and in public accounting, where she honed her experience with small businesses. Patti is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Montana State University.
